Personal Description:
I'm Eve, an artist myself and a designer and owner of my own design brand. I have worked along side the Head Textile Designer at Alexander McQueen, for high end homeware brands such as Vanghurd. I graduated from Chelsea College of Art and Design in 2015, with a BA Hons in Textile Design. I also completed the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, also at Chelsea College of Art and Design.

Before this at school I completed the double award Art and Design A-level, and double award Art and Design at GSCE. I also completed my Maths, English literacy, English language, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Religious studies, Design technology GSCES all passed C and above.

Art and Design is my passion, my life, and I strive to help anyone on their journey with Art and Design.

Teaching Experience:
I have worked as a cover Art teacher within primary schools teaching ages 4-11, where I lead the projects and set the learning objectives.

I have also taught in pre-schools with the Reggio Emilia approach in two different settings teaching 2-11 years.

I have also worked along side other artists running life drawing classes and taught adults in watercolour, acrylics and flow resin art.

Tutoring Approach:
My approach is warm and welcoming, with a strong passion to help get you to where you need to get to. I pull knowledge from my own personal experiences, as well as what I ha e learned within different approaches and styles to deliver the best learning environment I can.

Personal Description:
I am a french native speaker. I grew up in Nepal and in France, studied in the Netherlands, France and the UK. Worked in the NGO sector in West Africa, and am now living a relaxed life in Bude, taking care of my daughter, playing music, and learning how to surf.

Teaching Experience:
I have always had a keen interest in pedagogy, and view education as one of the most valuable aspects of life. I have had extensive experience teaching English, French and History to adults and children during my studies in France.

Tutoring Approach:
I think that the best way to learn languages is to practice conversing, even at beginner level. Through the repetition and memorisation of its basic structure, the system of the language can be understood and the vocabulary flows from there. This also makes learning a language enjoyable.

I approach history tution with a strong focus on the curriculum and the needs for historical specialism, critical thinking and source analysis that adapt to Key Stage and subject focus. I use alternative learning tools such as films and literature to bring histories to life and inspire real interest and engagement in the subject.
