Personal Description:
I'm a very fortunate person in terms of I really enjoy what I do and I am able to live and work according to the principles of putting family first and always doing my best. I challenge myself physically with regular and varied exercise, I read an awful lot of adventure novels, I spend time with my wife and son at our allotment and I have an ever expanding bucket list.

Teaching Experience:
I have worked in schools for more than 13 years, initially as a learning assistant for SEN children before gaining my qualified teacher status in 2009; as a SENCO in a private school in Edinburgh; as a Secondary School teacher of History and of Government and Politics and most recently as a Schools workshop programme leader for a History workshop company. During all this time I have worked as a private tutor.

Personal Description:
I have a wealth of experience of teaching English as a Foreign or Second Language. I am a mature, highly professional, responsible, diligent and punctual person. I relate well to my students and take pride in my work.

Teaching Experience:
I started teaching English as a Foreign Language in the 1980s. I have worked as an EFL teacher in Spain, Indonesia, Poland, Vietnam, Madagascar & Oxford and also trained teachers of English in the UK, Vietnam. South Africa, Poland, & Madagascar.

I have prepared students for EFL exams, for University study, English for Business, General English, CLIL and English for Specific Purposes (eg Nurses in the hospitals in Oxford).

Tutoring Approach:
I pride myself on tailoring the lesson to the needs of the individual student. I find out what the student needs, and devise lessons accordingly. My focus is always on the English language as a tool for communication, but I listen to what the student needs, what their learning preferences are and adapt lessons accordingly.

Personal Description:
I have a CIty and Guilds 7307 Qualification in educating adults. I am, these days, a comic book colourist, working primarily for 2000AD comic. I am strong on drawing (techniques), painting in acrylics, and could teahc Photoshop skills.

Teaching Experience:
I taught Graphic Design for several years at Leicester College, and also taught comic book art and life drawing at Staffordshire University for around four years. I still sometimes guest lecture on the Cartoon and Comic Arts BA (Hons) course. I can provide my full C.V.

Tutoring Approach:
One to one tuition would be good for me - weither at the student's residence, or remotely via Zoom. I cannot hav estudents in my home.

I am Polish native speaker and Polish certificate state exams examiner.
I offer you Polish language lessons in a very nice, calm and comfortable atmosphere on all levels :)
I know that Polish is hard, that is why i teach it.

I have 12 years of experience in teaching Polish in London and in Poland as well.
I was living 8 years in London where I had a chance to teach people Polish. Thanks to that I understand the needs of my students more.

I graduated 5 years full-time studies of Polish philology and gain a Master of Art degree.
Then I graduated 2 years of studying Polish as a foreign language on a postgraduated studies.

You will know much about Polish culture and a little bit of our history without which you may find it hard to understand Poland and language in general. I provide all of that on the lessons :)

In my spare time I like to garden and birdwatch and am a keen football fan.
