Personal Description:
I am a private music tutor with the following qualifications: B Mus, LTCL, ALCM. I am also a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians. I hold a Basic Disclosure.

Teaching Experience:
I have 20 years experience of teaching Voice, Piano and Music Theory to students of all ages, levels and ability. I teach all styles required, and can provide tutoring for exams, either classical or the more recent Rockschool. I have entered pupils for the Glasgow Music Festival who have gone on to win their classes in Singing.

Tutoring Approach:
My approach is friendly and informal. Whilst happy to enter pupils for exams I do not regard it as a priority. I welcome home educated children. I hold a Basic Disclosure. I have a 12 year old son myself who is extremely musical. In particular, I work on breathing and relaxation techniques before beginning to teach vocal technique and find this extremely effective. Therefore I teach voice production as well as singing, if actors require it. I can also provide a holistic approach if required, working on toning and colour visualisation to balance the chakras. I am also a Celtic Reiki Master and am affiliated to the Celtic Reiki Federation.

Personal Description:
My name is Jing, I was born in a city close to Beijing. I have lived in the UK since 2001 and I have British citizenship. I attended a UK based university where I attained a "Master Degree" in Business Administration. Whilst living and working in mainland China, I also attended a university where I attained a first degree in Chinese medicien. I am a middle aged lady with a wealth of experience. I have held senior management positions in a diverse and wide range of businesses and health, wellbeing industries. If you are wanting to learn Mandarin or may be need some help with English / Mandarin translations or consultant to help you with your negotiations when dealing with Chinese business people, I would be pleased to be of service.

Teaching Experience:
I have been very successful working as a "Fee Lance" tutor and operating as a management consultant, where my services have been used in Chinese/English translations and also representing companies on a consultancy basis, when senior English speaking executives were dealing with Chinese business people around the negotiating table. In China I was employed by Health center as a manager, dealing with communication and exchanging information on a daily basis. In the past I was also privileged to be chosen to teach English Students about China and Chinese culture.

I am a 32-year old native French, arrived in Bristol last year.

As a native French, I have been speaking that language for 32 years now.

I start tutoring with the simplest way students can understand in any topic I introduce , patience is a virtue for me during teaching, making the students extremely comfortable with,and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually. I don't lecture to students or ask them to memorise things. Nor do I do the students' homework.

I have been actively working within the church for 5+ years as a Youth Pastor. I qualified in my field whilst working and during this time created all online Religious sessions to educate and support students in their quest to learn more about Religion, it's history and how it became what we know it to be today.

Proficient in all aspects of Theology & Religious Studies. Able to support Theology Degree undergraduates as well as youth based education in Religious Studies by using interactive targeted research coupled with online tutoring.

5+ years total teaching experience in Religious Studies. Started online youth based Religious Studies via Zoom, Skype, Teams in 2020
