Tutoring Approach:
My teaching is fun, informative and relaxed. All tuition is based round your exact requirements and all courses are bespoked to your needs whether this be for academic studies or a personal interest.

I take a flexible approach to learning and teaching, which first establishes the needs and goals of the student, and then sets out clearly structured strategies for achieving these goals. These may be results-focused when preparing for exams or just to improve a hobby.

Tutoring may take place at the student's home, or at my home / studio in Aberdeen.

Hourly rate depends on number of hours requred.

I am a full-time tutor. I have been tutoring since 1994, have got 25 years of tutoring experience. This adds to more than 60,000 hours of tutoring. A lot of my students are now also tutors!

I offer customized lessons, suitable for each student as per his or her needs.

I provide complete notes + question bank to practice more questions + a lot of past papers practice.

Tutoring Approach:
I usually start with the current topics that student is studying in the school and explain to the student that topic and related background knowledge. As I teach one to one, my pace is faster than school and we usually finish the topic in one or sometimes two classes. And then we do previous topics and I explain doubts on those topics. I usually do not teach students that they already know, instead, start topic wise past papers of the topics students feel he or she knows well.

I explain to students how to write the answer to the questions asked,... not what they know... in a very concise and complete manner and relate the answers to the mark schemes of the past papers... and there is a lot of similar things that I explain...
