I started working as a tutor in London and Surrey in 2013/2014, mainly for students who had been excluded from school. In 2015 I relocated and began tutoring private clients in East Anglia. In 2016 I started offering online tuition, first using Skype, and now with Zoom. I am able to travel within Orkney, but will have to charge for travel expenses.

Teaching Experience:
I have helped friends learn programming and overcome computing concepts, and I'm excited to start tutoring and help other learn.

Tutoring Approach:
I will prepare individual lessons based on what students need to learn. The lessons will be paced to match a student's individual needs and learning styles, and I can be patient and empathise with anyone finding a subject challenging.

I aim to put strong emphasis on building students' confidence and making programming and other technical topics fun to learn.
