I graduated from the Sorbonne University with a view to teaching English there but when I came to England as a French assistante. Luke is a tutor in both the Law of Evidence, as well as Family Law and the Law of Equity & Trusts, and has previously taught the Law of Torts at Queen's University of Belfast, as well as Contract Law, Constitutional Law, Company Law, and Human Rights Law.

Tutoring covers assistance with answering problem questions, essay writing classes, holding class discussions of the subject area, as well as exam preparation and marking. Luke is therefore aware of what examiners are looking for when it comes to marking of exams and coursework.

As Luke teaches the Law of Evidence, he is available to teach to those students who require to sit the Evidence exam privately in order to gain access to the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. Students will be provided with the foremost preparation to ensure their place on the Solicitor or Barrister course is not lost.

Tutoring Approach:
Luke's approach to teaching can vary, depending on the individual needs of each student, but it will usually consist of weekly sessions, covering the required module topics.

Luke will provide guidance in answering problem questions providing a template structure for each area, assignment structure, and referencing, as well as exam preparation covering past papers and revision classes, as well as essay plans and what markers are looking for.

I like to lead by example so I took a City & Guilds Functional Skills Maths exam in April 2023 and passed. Now any prospective learners who choose me to help them, can feel confident that I have up to date knowledge to help them with their Maths exams.

My lesson style includes:
1. Initial group chat with students and parents: understand goals, expectations, and identify strengths and areas for improvement.
2. Pre-lesson preparation: I ask students to send me their school materials a week in advance so I can tailor the session to match their curriculum-ensuring lessons feel smooth and never overwhelming.
