I am an Independent Educational Consultant specialising in Dyslexic Disorders. I have been a private tutor for many years and have tutored over 200 students. I have worked with many gifted children and those also who find education a challenge. I specialise in special needs especially dyslexia and Autism. After training as a teacher and the a medical doctor I find that my interest has remained in the education field and so am now to begin training as an Educational Psychologist with the Institute of Education, University of London.

Teaching Experience:
Over 20 years teaching experience with 18 years specialising in special needs. Over 10 years an an Independent Education Consultant specialising in Dyslexia. I am able to offer tuition to students with ADHD, ADD, and Autistic spectrum disorders. Tutoring Approach:
My general approach to teaching is to enhance individual skills by providing an individual programme for the student. This allows the student to learn independently instead of the learning associated within schools of one size fits all. Unfortunately, this does not work with many children who need a structured individualised approach. I also work within the "We find this subject a challenge, not an impossibility" field; that is to say everything is positive concerning the tuition, and everyone can learn, its just they have not been taught in a way that they personally understand. Hello. I am a fully qualified teacher with experience across the whole of the primary curriculum, including special needs and teaching for SATS tests . I continually update my teaching, mainly through the National Education Union online training sessions. I have 40 years' experience of teaching all ages from pre-school (I used to child mind) to A level and FE students. English is essentially a skills based subject. I am passionate about supporting people to learn and feel confident whilst studying Psychology, From personal experience, I understand students' difficulties and I aim to find creative and fun ways for students to feel confident in the subject.

I have experience in ABA and working with young people with additional needs and helping people develop the necessary study skills to achieve their goals. The sessions will be interactive, fun, and informative

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and recently completed an MSc in Mental Health Studies. I have experience in teaching GCSE, A-level and undergraduate students in Psychology. I am currently trainee to be a Clinical Psychologist.

I have an interactive style of teaching people from secondary to undergraduate level in Psychology. In particular, the application of psychological theory into practice. In addition, I have keen interest in research studies and supporting people in their journey develop final year projects
