I speak 4 languages and being over here has given me the opportunity to teach my mother tongue, which I thoroughly enjoy!

Teaching Experience:
I have always taught languages - both in Spain and in England. I have had students from a wide spectrum - from 5-year-olds to the retired. This has given me a very good insight and experience into the needs of every particular student.

I am a qualified teacher and I've taught in colleges, secondary schools and on a one-to-one basis. I am a native Spanish speaker and I am fluent in English too. I am married for more than 30 years to a British citizen and I am currently living in Banbury with my husband and I have two children.

Most of my adult life, I have lived in an English speaking country but I lived and went to university in my home country of Ecuador until I was 25 years old. I did part of my University studies in Ecuador and 5 years in the United States as well.

I fell in love with the French language at an early age and went on to complete an honours degree in French Studies at the University of Birmingham. I've had the chance to teach in a variety of settings, from large groups to one-on-one sessions. I have been teaching since 1987. I have experience from EYFS through to Year 6 teaching the Primary Curriculum.
