I have been a teacher for many years having received my PGCE in 1992. Since that time I have worked in a variety of schools in the state and private sectors both in London and Oxfordshire. Teaching physics is a great privilege and pleasure having taught A Level physics for both OCR and Edexcel boards as well as GCSE and iGCSE physics and chemistry. I am a versatile full-time tutor with experience in teaching comprehensive, independent, boarding, and overseas school students online, during a lesson we review exam papers and focus on the questions to highlight the necessary skills and knowledge needed to attain higher grades. Once we have identified gaps in subject knowledge we can then focus on specific skills and topics to build confidence and understanding.

My fascination with Science began in school, fueled by a curiosity about how the human body functions. This passion led me to study Anatomical Sciences at University before pursuing my PGCE. Today, my goal is to ignite that same spark in my students.
I believe that even the most complex Biological pathways or Physics principles can be mastered when broken down into digestible, logical steps.
