I have a dual background in Electrical Engineering and Psychology and retired in 2007 after 20 years as a University lecturer. At different stages in my career I have taught telecommunications engineering, computer programming, software engineering, artificial intelligence and psychology. However, this did not have my focus, instead, afterschool homework club did. As a nanny for two children in Key Stages' 1 and 2, I was fortunate enough to gain experiences of at home teaching of curriculum-based resources provided by the school during the lockdown. I recieved a BSc in Biomedical Science and an MSc in Forensic Medical Science at both of these universities (respectively). I have 2 years of tutoring experience from teaching basic maths through to GCSE level maths (Higher and Foundation) . I have also sat the exams, so I am completely familiar with what you need to succeed.
