The main goal of my teaching style is to help the student to develop the skills of independent thinking, solving problems and achieving success in study.

I am Dr. Jisu Elsa, a PhD-qualified academic with over 13 years of experience teaching Electronics and Communication Engineering at undergraduate and postgraduate level in India. Alongside my engineering expertise, I have authored four published textbooks and developed a YouTube educational channel with over 3,000 subscribers and 463,000+ views, covering topics such as C Programming and Applied Electromagnetic Theory. I am currently based in Exeter, UK (where my husband is a Lecturer at the University of Exeter), and I am eager to share my passion for STEM subjects with students here.

I have been an Assistant Professor at SCT College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram since 2013, teaching subjects including Computer Programming (C, C++, Python), Applied Electromagnetic Theory, Biomedical Engineering, and Algorithmic Thinking. I am an A-level Maths student predicted an A, with an A* in GCSE Maths. I tutor students up to GCSE level and aim to make Maths clear, structured, and easy to understand.

I focus on breaking down complex topics into simple steps, helping students build confidence and develop a strong foundation. My goal is to support students in improving both their understanding and their exam performance.

Teaching Experience:
I have 5 months of tutoring experience, working with students up to the age of 16. During this time, I have helped students strengthen weak areas, improve their confidence, and become more comfortable with solving exam-style questions.

I am experienced in both one-to-one tutoring and small group sessions (4 students), adapting my teaching style depending on the student's needs and ability.
