I am a 24 Year old with a degree in Early years education. I am currently doing my Qualified Teacher Training at a primary school and tutor children in Maths on the weekends. I have tutoring children for many years to help them excel in schools so that they can reach their full potential.

Through the years, the goal of educating young children has been the focus of my chosen work experiences, both in Health and Social Care (Level 3) at A Level to outside the classroom. From shadowing Early Years Practitioners to assisting Reception class teachers, I have made my rounds from school to school. I offer a completely free first lesson so that you and your child can experience my teaching style and discuss their current level, strengths, areas for improvement and goals.

There is no obligation to continue after the first lesson.

If you feel that my teaching style is a good fit for your child, we can then arrange regular lessons.

I offer both face-to-face tuition in Birmingham and online lessons for students anywhere in the UK.

I am happy to travel to a student's home for face-to-face lessons within approximately 5 miles of Harborne, Birmingham.

If you live further away, I can provide high-quality online tuition, so you can still benefit from my experience regardless of your location.

As an experienced classroom teacher, I understand that every student learns differently.

I don't believe in simply giving students formulas to memorise. My aim is to make sure students understand the mathematics behind each method, so they can apply their knowledge confidently to unfamiliar questions.

Lessons are structured around the student's individual needs, with a clear focus on making progress, as well as providing weekly homework which will be checked to ensure progress have been made after each lesson.
