He has independently composed, produced, and released solo albums, as well as soundtracks for theatre productions and songs for other artists. Paolo's theatre and cinema career began in 1998. I am an examiner and experienced in teaching across both the human and physical geography topics at A Level, as well as the statistical and fieldwork aspects of the course.

Tutoring Approach:
I aim to provide flexible tuition which responds to the students needs. I can go over any aspect of the course required, providing real life examples to consolidate learning. I have a proven track record of students improving their grades with support, developing their ability to unpack more complex questions and their understanding of what they need to do to access top marks.

Personal Description:

Teaching Experience:
I have experience working across the primary age range, specifically in Nursery and Years 2, 3, 4, and 5. This has given me a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and the Key Stage 1 and 2 National Curriculum. In my time in Year 4, I have successfully supported students through assessment periods, tailoring my support to help them achieve their learning targets in English and Maths. I am comfortable adapting my style for younger learners (using play-based learning) as well as older students (focusing on exam technique and deeper comprehension).

My approach is student-centered and adaptive. I begin by assessing a student's current level to identify any specific gaps in their knowledge. From there, I scaffold their learning to build confidence and bridge those gaps, ensuring they meet age-related expectations. For students already working at level, I provide targeted challenges to push for greater depth and mastery of the subject.
