I am convinced that one-to-one tuition is by far the most efficient way in which a person can progress and gain confidence. Often someone can grasp a topic in 5 minutes of one-to-one that would have taken 2 hours to cover with a larger group. Once you are confident with a topic, we move on rapidly to the next one. A current A level tutee of mine told his father "I learnt more in that 2 hour session than I have all term at school" and his headteacher wrote to congratulate him on his improved grades. I do like to set homework from week to week as this is an important part of progress; but it is not compulsory!

- University students willing to achieve greater fluency, further hone their language skills and/or prepare for their oral exams

Conversation sessions can be mostly informal and primarily aimed at helping you achieve greater fluency.
