A current A level tutee of mine told his father "I learnt more in that 2 hour session than I have all term at school" and his headteacher wrote to congratulate him on his improved grades. Recent DIY apocalypses, created from expanding builders' foam, seem to have an unruly, malevolent life of their own and explore the processes of invasion and infection. While his films and writing play with ideas of chance, quotidian struggles, the loss of control and responsibility.

My teaching experience covers secondary schools, further education colleges and working in the private sector with apprentices.

My approach to tutoring is that I aim to ensure that all students can reach their full potential, by providing a kind,caring and enjoyable, engaging environment for my students, so that they can improve their confidence and subject knowledge. I am happy to deliver tutoring sessions in the students home or online and can cater for all needs and abilities.
