In our sessions I will help with essay structure, illustrate how to use higher order analytical and evaluation skills, and crucially, how to apply an answer to information in a case study, or how to bring in real world examples.

Over the years I have taught an increasing proportion of students online, so that currently about 90% of my tutoring is done this way. I use Skype/Google Meet/Zoom and Google Docs, which students can also access. "Matt only got an E grade in his February A2 mock exam and the school predicted he would get a C grade at A2. With the significant assistance from Ian, Matt achieved an A* at A2. With over 35 years experience of creating and managing a number of small businesses I not only have the knowledge of my subject but also the 'real world experience'. I am extremely patient and tolerant believing that everyone has potential and that it is my role to help them achieve it. I provide continuous feedback to students and mark work very quickly.

My Business studies knowledge is in depth and very comprehensive.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching Business, Employability Skills and IT for the past 25 years. I am a national examiner for OCR GCSE, A-Level and Cambridge Technicals Business Studies.

I also teach SFEDI Level 1 - 3 in Adult Education to a wide range of learners. This is portfolio based work which is continuously assessed by me.

Tutoring Approach:
My style is one of facilitation to encourage students to self actualise in the learning process. I adapt my teaching approach to meet the specific needs of each individual and welcome regular feedback from students about what is working best for them.

I'm a student in the University of Greenwich.I'm doing my BA Hons business management degree and I'm in the last year. I always loved studying business studies and maths. O levels and A levels business studies is on my finger tips as I have a passion to do business in future. I'm very sharp at primary Mathematics loved Algebra in junior school. I'm looking for earning some extra money and I think this is the best way of doing earning it as I can spread knowledge help others and simultaneously earn some money as well.

Teaching Experience:
I do not have a formal teaching experience, though i have tutored my younger brothers and substituted classes in my school. where teachers gave us the opportunity to teach a a group of junior students in school break clubs.

Tutoring Approach:
I focus on making my student understanding the concept and on his or her weakness. I create very friendly environment where students can be feel comfortable and share their problems regarding the subject.

I am a very organised and structured teacher which fits perfectly with my subject. My aim when tutoring is constant progression with an end goal for my tutees. I will provide all resources tailored to my tutee which will ensure success. I will also ensure that exam techniques and answering structures for the exam board are mastered before all major exams (e.g GCSE/A Levels). I have a very kind and holistic method of teaching, however, I do set high standards for all of my students and tutees which again are tailored to their current situation and end goal.
