I work as a practicing artist, lecturer and illustrator I feel extremely lucky have been able throughout my working life to combine two of my favourite things, art & nature.

I have been drawing and painting professionally for 14 years. I have a very down to earth approach and am patient and encouraging. I have helped many students start from scratch and develop their drawing and painting skills over time. My area of expertise is in painting, in particular oils, as well as knowledge in the application of a large range of other media including watercolour, gouache, dry media and mixed media etc. I can offer tailored learning for adult learners who are new to creating art or those who wish to improve and hone their skills.
