Personal Description:

I am a learning support assistant in main stream and also specialized in education of children with delayed developments and special needs in
primary school. I committed to a proactive and hands on approach to support teacher in any learning environment. I do
seek an opportunity to work in an encouraging and positive environment.
I am friendly and energetic and have 10 years of experience in childcare and education. I am always motivated to help
children become happy, healthy and well-behaved. I am dedicated at collaborating with students,teachers and parents. I
have strong communication skills and decision making ability.
​I am experienced at teaching visual art, music and theater. I engage with children in various diverse and enjoyable
activities involving theatrical play, musical instruments and hands-on learning.

Currently working in a primary school in Surrey .
Working with key stage 1 and 2 english and maths .
Also give support to EAL students ..
Can communicate with Hindi, Bengali speaking students and their parents to give support in their study.

Every student are given scduled time to think and delegate their task in easy way. I do like to maintain a comfortable and stress free environment where children or young adults can be happy to learn new things and feel confident about their own achievements.i do care about their own view and liking and disliking and keep them focus onto their tasks.
