I use various materials such as textbooks, online articles, original files or free flow conversations - answering any questions you come up with. I can also tell you about Japanese culture both in traditional and modern/pop field that you might be interested in and to help you want to learn even more about Japanese language and culture in future! It's all tailor-made lessons for you :-) My background is not exactly coming from teaching, and I believe that is where my strength is as a teacher. I used to study cultural studies / social anthropology up to master's degree in Japan. I have been always fascinated by learning and knowing different society, culture and people. I used to work as an international film festival director, interpreter/translator, environmental -social NPO worker, researcher (environment and energy) for a research institute in addition to working as a teacher. I traveled a lot before living in the UK. My wide range of experiences of living in different countries as well as working for various industries can contribute to my lessons to be more interesting and informative for you (I hope!). I have excellent communication skills, patience, passion to teach, and curiosity to learn new things.

I am Mr Haig and been teaching A level Psychology, Sociology, Biology and GCSE Science teacher since 2019 in a prestigious school in St Albans. My classes are humorous, funny and almost immediately you are getting into Psychology and Science.
My students usually score from 65 to 79 in the exams (B to A*), except Bobby he scored 61 still B but could had done much better.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching in Hertfordshire since 2019, St Albans. Before I thought in China for 2 years, where I learned how not to teach and what to avoid in classrooms. My multicultural background avoids the cultural bias and gender bias (girls are better in psychology).

Tutoring Approach:
I am using the AQA, Edexel, OCR boards as they are most common examination in the country. My classes are dynamic and full of energy. The experience that you will gather, will not just help you to pass the test with flying colours but also you will be able to explain simple psychological and science phenomena that occur in our day to day activities. You will look at the world more like an Enigma code that needs to be cracked.
