That was very a very important advantage for me because I had the opportunity to associate with numerous pupils of varied ages from young primary pupils to young adults (7 to 20).

Because I think it's unfair to face all pupils with the same plan, I always adapt my lesson to kid's strengths and weaknesses But also try to challenge them to their maximum ability.

With 20 years teaching experience, I have worked in both state and Independent school settings.
