Personal Description:
I am originally from Ayrshire but have spent the last eight years south of the border studying and working. I have worked as an actor, singer and songwriter and continue to do so whilst teaching. I have now moved back to Ayrshire to live and work and continue to be creative.

Tutoring Approach:
I am very passionate about what i do and have worked with many different people of a variety of ages and backgrounds. I have studied the works of many theatre practitioners whilst in and out of education, ranging from the naturalism of Stanislavski through to the forum theatre of Augusto Boal, to name but a few. However my goal when teaching is to have a "thinking performer" who knows themselves and the character and connects with what they're doing rather than merely "pretending". I'm an approachable person with a strong work ethic and strive to push someone to reach their potential.
