This is shown in my recent promotion to Wellbeing Coordinator of my school. I have worked in a wide range of schools, predominantly within the younger years, giving me broad experience across areas such as successful differentiation, progression, behaviour management techniques, and aspects such as working with children with SEN and learning EAL. Working within the international/independent sector has further ignited my passion for learning and teaching to the best of my ability. I enjoy working on a more one-to-one basis as I feel able to give every child the time that they need to make accelerated progress. As a former Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, I supported therapists in running language groups and worked directly with children 1-1 to improve their communication, comprehension, verbal and written skills.
