Recently returned to the UK to live near my family after teaching abroad for many years. I have 2 teenagers who no longer need my constant attention. I enjoy speaking other languages and love teaching, especially one to one teaching, where I can focus all my attention on the individual.

I am a qualified teacher and Head of Department with 20 years of experience, in well known independent schools.

I specialise slightly more in Spanish but teach both Spanish and French to GCSE, IGCSE, A-level and Pre-U and IB. Hello my name is Anne-Marie, I am from Ireland but have been living in the UK since 2004. This is now a place I call home. I realised I had a flare for imparting knowledge when I became a basketball trainer at 15, working with Primary and Secondary pupils. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, saw the progress the pupils I trained had made and knew from that moment that teaching was my vocation as it was and is so rewarding. Teaching Experience:
I have lived in the UK for the past 12 and I have been teaching here since 2016, however I have been working in Spain and other places in the world, for more than 10 years as a tutor and also as a translator.
I have vast experience with GCSE and A Levels , DELE , AQA, Cervantes, Oxford and Cambridge as well as B levels and C levels.
All these years I have been helping students to go through the exams, getting as a result the maximum grade, every single case.
I have also helped adults who wanted to learn Spanish to be able to communicate when they are surrounded by Spanish people, also with a great success.
