I am a qualified teacher and Head of Department with over 20 years of experience, in well known independent schools.

I specialise slightly more in Spanish but teach both Spanish and French to GCSE, IGCSE, A-level and Pre-U and IB. I work as an examiner for IGCSE, previously the Pre-U and the IB - with experience in ab-initio, Standard and Higher Level and am very experienced in teaching literature and cinema for A-level. I also have a good deal of experience in preparation for Oxbridge applications and interviews, and Common Entrance exams. For a year, I taught English to a class of 33 first-year law students, designing lessons that focused on the specific language skills they needed in a legal context.
