I realised I had a flare for imparting knowledge when I became a basketball trainer at 15, working with Primary and Secondary pupils. At GCSE and A-Level, I am most familiar with the AQA specifications. At KS4 the goal is moving students from scaffolded language to accurate output across the four core skills. I have made a set of online flashcards for every GCSE module for students to learn as homework. I create model answers for the writing exams, and decode it with the students according to the mark scheme so that students see exactly what earns top marks.

At KS5, I put focus on language becoming a tool to analyse societal issues, culture, literature and film. I have been teaching privately since 2006, and also have several years' experience of school-teaching (secondary).
