This may include visual aids, practical activities, games, technology, modelling and guided practice.

I take time to identify gaps in understanding and break difficult concepts into smaller, manageable steps. I regularly check progress and adapt my approach when something is not working. Most importantly, I create a patient and encouraging environment where pupils feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and gradually becoming more confident and independent learners.
