Each learner is unique and absorbs information in their own way, so I apply various teaching strategies and techniques tailored to each individual. To illustrate my approach, I categorize learners into children and adults. Children typically have a limited attention span but are drawn to games, stories, songs, and rhymes, so I incorporate interactive activities of this nature into the classroom. Three weeks later I took a Chinese proficiency test and placed at mid-novice level (the test was aimed at people who had 120+ hours learning time, I had eight hours under my belt). ***11+ Verbal Reasoning (VR) is problem solving using vocabulary, language and mathematical skills. ***11+ Non Verbal Reasoning (NVR) is solving problems by patterns and shapes. I emphasize tackling questions on analogies, codes, similarities, series, components, patters, layering, movements, manipulations, odd one out, matrices, elements and logic etc. There are about 21 types of question set by GL Assessment, e.g. identifying or rotating the missing coded shapes etc. Strategies of ensuring students to master techniques thoroughly to a high level are implemented. Students will be asked to practise past papers questions under timed condition. After weak areas are highlighted, a checklist of comments and marking will be provided.

I teach how to have most focused way to approach exam questions in order to gain maximum marks in a variety of ways:

-write balanced essays as close as to the "Model Answers".
