Tutoring Approach:
Although I learned all my foreign languages through a rigorous method very much based on writing and grammar, I am happy to adapt my method to my pupil's needs. Hello! I have a Honours degree in German and French from Oxford University. I also have a post graduate teaching qualification in German and French, so I am familiar with the demands of the curriculum and exam work.

I have also lived and worked in Germany, so I speak native-level German and am great German language and culture enthusiast. I hope that our lessons will make you feel like that too, as well as giving you the knowledge to speak, listen, read and write with confidence.

Hi, I'm Owen and I'm Cambridge graduate and professional education consultant. I've been supporting students with university applications for over eight years, starting off providing pro bono support for languages applicants while studying for MA Modern & Medieval Languages and MPhil Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic at Girton College at the University of Cambridge.
