In the first 12 weeks of the beginners program you'll learn the basics for a proactive and "pre-emptive" self defence and to deal with the most "common" types of attacks. This is the Blitz-Defence program.

I elicit information from the students rather than just teach them how something works. By using this method students are more likely to retain the knowledge.
