I'm an author and a poet, I have had many poems published, won first prize in an international poetry competition (2011) and have also brought out two collections, which are on sale on Amazon. In 2015 I published my memoir A Hippopotamus at the Table. Set in South Africa in the 1970s. I'm about to publish my second memoir and published a book called Writing Memoir. My name is Hannah. I am a bubbly, outgoing person who is reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching.
In my spare time I enjoy up-cycling furniture and traveling. I love to be outdoors and will always try to walk when I can.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching for 20 years. In addition to my primary teaching qualification I also have a qualification in special educational needs. I have a vast amount of experience teaching all ages across the primary sector in all subjects and with all different abilities and needs. I have been a SENDCo, managed and lead numerous subjects and have a thorough understanding of safeguarding.

I try to plan and teach lessons to suit and tailor individual students in order to meet their needs. I am very patient in my approach to delivering lessons and I pride myself on taking my time to listen to students and parents alike.
