I have been involved in computers and IT for 27 years. I was first of all a professional computer games programmer / designer before moving into my current role as an IT Solutions Architect. Over the last 21 years in IT consultancy, I have developed a breadth and depth of knowledge in IT and computing which is hard to find almost anywhere in the UK having dealt with almost all types of systems and aspects of IT.

I'm not able to teach you all the intricacies of the Microsoft Office products like Excel or Word, but I can train you in system design, system support, software development and pretty much anything in between. I'm a certified teacher working as a tutor for students in Norfolk and across the UK. In university I completed a specialist in psychology, while also minoring in English literature. I started working as a tutor in London and Surrey in 2013/2014, mainly for students who had been excluded from school. In 2015 I relocated and began tutoring private clients in East Anglia. In 2016 I started offering online tuition, first using Skype, and now with Zoom. For younger students, I assess them on their first appointment to see where their strengths and weaknesses are. I have an Engineering Degree in Software Development from the University of Burgundy (France), and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Bradford University (UK). I am currently working as the Web Development Manager.

I am Dr. Jisu Elsa, a PhD-qualified academic with over 13 years of experience teaching Electronics and Communication Engineering at undergraduate and postgraduate level in India. Alongside my engineering expertise, I have authored four published textbooks and developed a YouTube educational channel with over 3,000 subscribers and 463,000+ views, covering topics such as C Programming and Applied Electromagnetic Theory. I am currently based in Exeter, UK (where my husband is a Lecturer at the University of Exeter), and I am eager to share my passion for STEM subjects with students here.

Teaching Experience:
I have been an Assistant Professor at SCT College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram since 2013, teaching subjects including Computer Programming (C, C++, Python), Applied Electromagnetic Theory, Biomedical Engineering, and Algorithmic Thinking. I have supervised over 20 undergraduate final-year projects and multiple postgraduate (M.Tech) dissertations, as well as co-supervising PhD students.
