I am a computer science graduate and have over 10 experience working within the IT sector as a programmer, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Database Developer and then as an IT consultant. After completing my secondary teacher training I moved into higher education. There I taught computing/networking/business & soft skills, as a full time lecturer.

Over time I progressed to head of level, deputy programme manager and then onto programme manager, for the UK's largest technical degree apprenticeships. Whilst in this role I enhanced this programme, supported it's redesign and developed the assessment methods.
