A good knowledge of Microsoft Systems and products. An understanding of the IOS model. An excellent grasp of Windows XP Pro and Windows 7,8,10 and Apple systems. A good Apple products repair both hardware and software. An honest and reliable person, with a passionate outlook towards a challenge.
