I am experienced and qualified tutor. My thorough and wider knowledge in science subject, make lessons quite approachable for students. They can learn a lot in a very friendly and relaxed enviornment. I love to teach students of all age group.

I have Completed Masters in Research-(M.Res) in Applied Bio-sciences (Full time) 2008-2009 in the Department of Microbiology at Nottingham Trent University with a First Class. All that I can say is that Ellie is fantastic. When she was teaching myself and my brother A Level Chemistry, she always gave short, concise explanations of concepts in a way that we easily understood. Also, she gave us past paper questions after each topic so that we had plenty of practice at exam technique. She marked these and sent us feedback on what to improve on. This meant that when it came around to do our exams, we were fully prepared for them and confident that we could do well. During lockdown, she was very flexible as she either had online lessons with us or set us exam papers that she marked and sent back to us with details on how to improve. My teaching philosophy is simple: I believe learning should feel like a discovery, not a duty. I'm a naturally friendly and approachable tutor who lives for those 'lightbulb' moments that incredible spark in a student's eyes when a complex concept finally clicks, or the proud smile when a hard-earned test score comes in. I bring a strong academic foundation to our sessions, holding a degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham and currently furthering my expertise through a Master's programme. My own academic journey has equipped me with deep knowledge across core subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, and Law, in which I achieved top grades (A/A*) at both GCSE and A-Level.
