I use Kolbs learning cycle as a benchmark for my training/teaching. It is focused on learning through; observation, abstraction & reflection, experimentation (do & feel) and recycling (concepts, ideas, etc.). It is very practical and puts the learner at the heart of the learning experience. It also involves the motivation, interest and the curiosity of the learner, who may need stimulation, encouragement and to find leaning is fun and fascinating.

These two factors are fundamental to ensuring individual students utilize resources, build general, academic and practical competence to fulfil their requirements and exam grades. Teaching Experience:
I have a vast experience of one to one teaching from 2010 to date. My expertise is in Accounting, taxation and finance.

I am also a member of ACCA and ICAEW and have been working in accountancy practices since 2006 helping clients to comply with their accounting and tax regulations.
