Tutoring Approach:
Supervision with regards to constructing your own business valuation and forecast models using a wide range of specialised software (excel, eviews, stata, SPSS, R, Matlab and VBA); including econometric analysis of time-series, cross-sectional and panel data.

Assist students with gaining skills, confidence and expertise in the areas of:
- financial valuation
- financial mathematics
- mathematical finance
- applied econometric modelling

With regards to real estate topics, assistance with preparation for the RICS qualifications with emphasis on the investment appraisal, property finance and performance measurement modules.

I am a passionate, enthusiastic Teacher and I hope to empower and enable my students through their learning. I am fully compassionate to all of my students needs and aim to help them to achieve their potential. I plan clear and engaging sessions and motivate students to find ways to access different concepts. I try to present material in an enthusiastic manner and instill a hunger in my students to learn more on their own.I consider myself to be very highly motivated and challenge driven and a lover of learning myself. I want them to achieve and be the best they can be regardless of their ability.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching for over 20 years and I am a fully qualified Secondary school Teacher. I have experience in both Special Needs and state schools and have taught a variety of subjects from KS3 to KS4 including PE, Computer Science, Business and Enterprise, Health and Fitness and Maths.
