I apply the same principle to my teaching as when I ran my own business. My approach is to identify the students need whether that's understanding the content fully or being able to apply their knowledge to exam questions. Since I'm a University student, I prefer conducting online classes the most where it can suit my lecture/tutorial schedule the best !
