I am a 26 year old living in Feltham, I work full time as a Disability Advisor and Autism Specialist Mentor supporting higher education students to access reasonable adjustments, provide pastoral support and advice. It's centred on asking questions and encouraging curiosity, guiding a student step by step so they discover the ideas, patterns and solutions themselves. My lessons are structured but never rigid. I adapt to each student's needs, set clear goals, and create a supportive space where it's okay to make mistakes and learn from them. The aim isn't just to pass exams, but to build lasting confidence and understanding.
