Hello, I am a well qualified, BA, MPhil, PGCE teacher who is looking to branch out into more private tutoring work. I have privately tutored for many years and have experience since 1996. I have taught at all key stages and enjoy my work thoroughly. Last year (2019) my A level tutees all raised their grades by at least one and have gone off to uni. Proud to add that one in particular achieved an A* in Geography A level. and another A* in history and is now at Exeter. At GCSE my student achieved the first 9 which is excellent.

I'm a Medical Student at Anglia Ruskin University, I've worked hard to get to the stage I am.
During GCSEs my strongest subjects were Maths and Science. During A levels my strongest my subjects were Maths and Chemistry. I believe I've always found those subjects interesting and simple to understand because of my approach to learning the more complex topics. And this is something I'd like to share as I understand how confusing and difficult it can for students to wrap their head around a subject when there are many other subjects to study for. I am Maths Teacher and tutor located in Dorking Surrey with over 25 years of teaching experience currently working full time in an award wining secondary school in Surrey. Prior to my current position I taught Maths GCSE and A-level at a leading independent school in Greater London for over 10 years. I have also tutored for over 20 years. I have taught secondary Mathematics throughout my career in both state an independent schools - teaching both GCSE and IGCSE Mathematics and the AQA Certificate in Further Maths and A level Maths.
