Book Description

This book provides year 1 and 2 pupils with plenty of spelling practice for their English KS1 SATs. It encourages pupils to improve their spelling and to set themselves higher targets as they learn new skills so that they can get Level 2 for spelling in their SAT.

Very good book to learn the meaning of new words. The style of learning is exactly to the style they're learning at school for their weekly spellings so it's a good buy. Well worth the tiny price.

I wanted something that made my son see the slight spelling differences and similarities between groups of words. This book does just that. He doesn't like that he has to write the words out 3 times but he'll get used to it! I have some CGP maths books too and they are also great for ready made, quick sums to complete at home.

very good range of spellings covered. gives kids lots of opportunity to practice spellings and my 6 year old liked the idea of quiz after each set of spellings.

This is great for my friends little boy who needs to revisit some of these sounds. It will also help with his reading.
