Personal Description:

As an individual with an analytical, accurate and logical approach I balanced with a sound ability to communicate effectively and convincingly with people. I listen to patiently and objectively and I am able to comprehend and deal with issues thoroughly and fairly.

I enjoy to meet and greeting people and share my ideas and knowledge to others. I am member of a local youth club where many young people gather and I work and play with them and share my knowledge and ideas with them. Some of them are school leaver and some of them still go to school and colleges. Sometime they ask me questions and sometimes they seek help and support from me while I meet with them. If they have any problem or issues regarding education or career, I help them best of my ability. This helps me to build me a good relation with people from different background and culture.

During my time as a student, I have had a variety of part-time and vacation jobs, all of which have required me to work as part of a team and to deal directly with the public. I found my work on the Customer Service Desk at Tesco's and ICTS particularly valuable in teaching me the important of ascertaining peoples' needs and providing clear and accurate information in response to those needs.

I am IT literate as I have good computer skills and am proficient in Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, PowerPoint, and Ms -Access, Internet and Email packages and Accounting Software Sage Line 50 and Sage lane Payroll

Being able to speak four different languages (English, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali) eases communication, which for me plays a very important role in everyday life. I feel that my communication skills helped me to deal with a range of different people in a positive manner.

I am a keen sportsman, especially enjoying playing tennis, football and bowling. This has allowed me to develop my organisational skills in managing and working as part of a team.

I am part of ACCA qualified and looking forward to be fully qualified. By studying ACCA and by completed master degree with teaching experience is giving me enough knowledge and idea to teach any level and any relevant subjects.

Addition:

I did 15 days teaching placement at George Michele Secondary School that TDA selected me for SAS programme. This placement experience helped me to understand fully what is the school curriculum and what standard school required that teacher have to have to teach at school. I also did a training before do this scheme so I have in depth knowledge about how to deal with young people in positive manner.

I support students in writing dissertation on their specified topic and have good successive record.



Tutoring Approach:

Currently I teach international student who's English is an additional language. I teach diploma and advance diploma modules. My tasks are to design lecture topics and do course preparation. I deliver quality lectures to the highest standards as possible and I hold seminars and one to one tutorial just to make sure student understand the materials and can also able to pass the external exams and the coursework. By providing one to one tutorial helps many students to develop their skill and knowledge even further. I prepare lecture and class notes and I monitor the progress and development of students. I asses the candidates progress and attendance and work with Department Heads to formulate syllabus and course design. I also liaise with Academic Managers in a monitoring and compliance capacity.

I teach students GCSE and A-level subjects in their own places and I deliver high standard of teaching and I make sure they learn and understand the entire syllabus. Those students have weaknesses to understand the subjects due to have lack of knowledge and most of them have English as an additional language, I provide support and help to them. With my support they are able to pass their exams and coursework successfully. My target is not only helping student just to pass their exams and coursework I also make sure they do understand and gain necessary knowledge from the course that can help them to success in their future career.
