Personal Description:
I am a qualified, experienced teacher with over 35 years' experience of teaching all secondary school levels up to and including Standard Grade, Higher and Advanced Higher. I also have experience of tutoring chemistry and maths up to second year University level.
Teaching Experience:
I am a teacher with over 35 years' experience of teaching all secondary levels of chemistry and maths up to and including University level. I also have experience of tutoring physics and biology - physics to SQA Higher level and biology to Standard Grade level.
Tutoring Approach:
I normally tutor in the student's own home.
The student is the best judge of progress. If the student finds the tuition useful it should be continued for as long as is necessary. If the student thinks he/she is not progressing, it's time for a different approach.
