Information About Daniel:

Personal Description:

I live locally in Bearsden and study mathematics and computing science at the University of Glasgow. I achieved well at school in the subjects I teach and have great enthusiasm for them which I hope to bring out in my tutoring. As a tutor the subjects I offer are mathematics, chemistry, physics and computer programming.

Teaching Experience:

I volunteer to help S1 and S2 pupils who are struggling with basic mathematical concepts at a local secondary school. Last year I was able to get all my higher students their desired entry requirements for their university and college courses.

Tutoring Approach:

I have a relaxed and informal approach to tutoring. Every pupil will be different and in the first lesson we will work together to set targets and identify key areas that need attention. As you are learning to pass an exam I find past papers are the key to success which I will bring along to study session as well as other learning materials if you need them.

Furthermore the service doesn't stop at the end of the hour, feel free to pester me any time on my mobile or on skype with any problems you are encountering while you study. This will be free of charge of course.

In regards to location I am open to suggestion but if you live excessively far away we may need to do double lessons, perhaps meet at a midpoint such as a library or reach some other understanding.
