Hi! My name is Claudia, I'm a 26 year old artist, illustrator, and mum of one.

I work part time in a secondary school/sixth form as an art technician and a large part of my role is assisting our wonderful students with their projects. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a Martial art and combat sport heavily focusing on the Grappling aspects of fighting, such as takedown, joint locks, chokes and positional dominance. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the largest aspects of MMA and can be seen being utilised at the highest levels of UFC. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was originally derived from Judo and developed later in Brazil as a self defense martial art focusing on ground Grappling. To this day Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a very effective self defense martial art.
