I was born and raised in Barcelona by a Spanish father and a French mother. I developed a strong interest in languages from a very young age as I learnt three languages as a child; Spanish, French, and Catalan at school. My mother who is a French teacher inspired me with her passion for teaching to further my studies to become a language teacher.

As part of a distance-learning Masters degree in association with FUNIBER and the Universidad de León, I carried out an ethnographic action research project using a democratic approach called Community Language Learning.
