Learning a foreign language is a process that implies some mimicking, language awareness, practice on comprehension, expression and also creativity. I am a 45 year old successful tutor offering classes in Spanish language and culture, French and English as a foreign language (EFL). I hold full membership of the Chartered Institute of Linguists for both Spanish and French which is a mark of recognition for my advanced language skills and I also work in Secondary schools in South East Wales on a supply basis.
I have a first degree in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from the University of the West of England Bristol and a CELTA TEFL certificate to teach English as a Foreign Language. Perfect exam grade record - in my mixture of reformed and unreformed GCSEs I achieved 5 9s, 6 A*s and and A^(A**) in Further Maths. A* in EPQ. I teach online via FaceTime and/or Skype from my home and at students' homes. I use Skype or Apple FaceTime. The video feed can be switched off at my student's request, or if it degrades the sound quality. Tests and exercises are sent to the student and returned to me for marking by email.
