I am the author of four scientific publications in the field of linguistic relations in Russian, English and Tatar.

While living in the UK I have worked as a freelance tutor and translator for Scottish&Newcastle, Scottish Parliament, NHS and Rudolf Steiner School. I am really proud of the fact that among my students are people of different ages, knowledge of Russian and purposes of learning it and who are professionals in different fields for example in language and science teaching, sales and marketing, medical research, social work, to name just a few.

Tutoring Approach:
Always try to make students interested in the subject I teach. Create a ftiendly and an encouraging learning environment. Not afraid to praise them even if they do not get immediate good results. Tend to get feedback from them. Plan carefully each lesson. Use the Internet and PC in preparing for lessons. These days, I've lived in Yorkshire longer than I lived in Russia, so my life is very much shaped by both cultures. Place. I can offer one-to-one Russian language lessons in Dunfermline and online tutoring (via Skype) as well.
Materials. Books and resources are provided by me. You will also receive digital and/or printed materials and assignments. My students have access to my custom grammar and vocabulary flashcards for every lesson, that help you learn and memorise words more effectively. I am also collecting useful resources and websites, and I am happy to share that collection with you.

A native Russian speaker, I have been living in the North East of England since 2014. In my spare time I enjoy learning Spanish, travelling, doing yoga, painting, and walking around the North Yorkshire moors.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching Russian from 2015 both online and face-to-face, school children and adults. My online students have passed the GCSE (A & A *). I have an interesting communication course for beginners.
