I am the author of four scientific publications in the field of linguistic relations in Russian, English and Tatar.

While living in the UK I have worked as a freelance tutor and translator for Scottish&Newcastle, Scottish Parliament, NHS and Rudolf Steiner School. I am really proud of the fact that among my students are people of different ages, knowledge of Russian and purposes of learning it and who are professionals in different fields for example in language and science teaching, sales and marketing, medical research, social work, to name just a few.

Tutoring Approach:
Always try to make students interested in the subject I teach. Create a ftiendly and an encouraging learning environment. Not afraid to praise them even if they do not get immediate good results. Tend to get feedback from them. Plan carefully each lesson. Use the Internet and PC in preparing for lessons. I am an experienced and skilled Tutor of French, Russian and English as a foreign language. Personal Description:
I am a postgrad student in applied linguistics as well as an EFL teacher with a TEFL certificate and five years of online tutoring experience. I specialise on teaching general English and pronunciation (Modern RP/SSB) to adults.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching online since 2018.

- taught over 50 students at levels A2-C1
- worked as a pronunciation coach on an online course
- created several curricula from scratch to suit learners' needs

Tutoring Approach:
My lesson planning is based on communicative and lexical approaches to teaching foreign languages, and I pay particular attention to pronunciation and fluency. You can look forward to learning lots of new idioms and handy expressions that will make you sound more natural. There will be authentic audio, video and reading materials, and a lot of speaking practice.

A language learner myself, I appreciate the difficulties you may encounter on your way to your language goal. To make your journey smoother, we will use a selection of effective language learning techniques.
