This coaching-based approach I take has proven highly successful. I approach each student and the sessions with an open mind to learn what I need to be of support.

Combining motivational coaching techniques, I offer a uniquely engaging, personally attuned service. The first lesson typically consists of a complimentary educational assessment (usually 30 minutes) to help identify key areas for improvement . All results can be shared with the parent/guardian. I have relevant experience applicable to teaching. I have over 7 years experience working with complex children aged 15-18, facilitating psychological interventions on a 121 and group basis. I previously worked with adults, providing group interventions as well as worked with young people in the Princes Trust. I deliver training to adults on a regular basis.

I take a client-centred approach and have been trained in Motivational Interviewing. I have passed my qualification component related to training others: the skills I have developed both in facilitating and training are applicable to 121 tutoring.
