I am a UK qualified teacher with 20+ years' teaching experience. I graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc (Hons) in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2003 and a year later completed my Post Graduate Certificate in Education at the same university. I currently teach all GCSE sciences as well as Year 12 and Year 13 A Level Chemistry at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. I am a designated Advanced Skills Teacher; recognition of my outstanding classroom practice and the excellent results that this generates for the young people I teach. I work for the Cambridge International Exam Board, being an experienced marker of A Level chemistry. Each student will have their own learning methods, some may learn by understanding the whole concept then going into the exam questions, some want to go through exam questions while they are learning the concept to see how the theory can be applied to the problems. Some may learn visually with experiments or examples whereas others will learn through trial and improvement of their own. I will spend the first session finding out how they like to learn and design a program just right for that individual student.

I encourage questioning, not hesitating to raise unclear points, individuality in thinking and working, having an inquisitive and creative mind, and being good friends and generosity with working time. My particular planning and delivery of the tutorials depend on the individual student's current motivation, needs, and knowledge, as well as the particular content of the topic that is taught. I also often discuss with the student ways to learn as well as study. True learning and understanding has a multifaceted nature.

My name is Sanjeev.
Currently I am posted in UK's college as a Science teacher.
Previously I was a secondary science teacher in a school.
I have been teaching Physics Chemistry Biology since 2011.
I believe in using different student centred approaches and techniques to make the concept easy and adoptable.
I like to remain updated with the curriculum, specifications and recent discoveries related to science or world.
In my classes, I prepare students for the exams by taking regular mocks or tests after explaining the topic in detail.

Teaching Experience:
I have more than 12 years experience in teaching science subjects.
I have done Bachelor of Science, Masters in Chemistry and having vast experience of teaching students of different grades in schools, colleges and University college as well.
I gave 100% merit result in previous exams.
I have published a research paper related to biochemistry and reactions and currently I am updating myself with new knowledge and information.
Teaching is my life and passion.

Tutoring Approach:
I use different approaches that should be firstly student centred.
I will use online platform, white board, quizes, videos in my lessons and every minute detail related to the topic covered. I will also provide enough time to the student for his knowledge check before explaining the topic.
Different types of tests and techniques will be used throughout the course.
